<br> understanding the evidence in the matter to be determined
On the date set for the appearance of the parties to the case, the court shall examine the plaint, counter-answer and all the written evidence submitted in the presence of the plaintiff and the defendant and after making necessary inquiries with them on the matter, shall determine whether the parties agree or not.
(2) In determining according to sub-section (1), if it appears that both parties have agreed on the counter claim, the court shall make a decision on the same day.
(3) If it appears that both parties are not in agreement in part or in whole during the determination according to sub-section (1), the court shall order the matter which is to be considered inconsistent and any additional evidence to be understood in that regard and set a date for understanding the evidence. .
(4) Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this section, evidence shall not be admissible in matters other than matters related to the matter to be decided in the case.
